I had been interested in, and receiving Reflexology for many years, when my Reflexologist suggested I undertook the training. I was fascinated by the effect the treatments had on my body. Apart from anything else, I always felt relaxed during and following a treatment which helped to prepare me for a hectic lifestyle with a full time job and 2 children! I also felt my hormones benefited, and this kept me more balanced. I decided take my Therapist’s advice and ‘go for it’!
Having completed the course in Anatomy and Physiology in 2006, I went on to become a qualified Reflexologist in 2007. Indian Head Massage was next in 2008, Bowen Technique in 2009, Eastern Facial Massage and Hopi Ear Candles in 2011, Reproductive Reflexology in 2017, and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR) in 2018. All of which are relaxing treatments and can help you to cope with a fast and hectic pace of life. Many people have also found them very beneficial in terms of health issues. Further details can be found on the following pages.
As a registered practitioner, I am required to undertake continuing professional development each year, to retain entry on the Register of Practitioners with the College of Bowen Studies (CBS), Bowen Therapies Professional Association (BTPA), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR), and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I am based just off the A34 in Cannock, Staffordshire.
